Conference Registration Form

To register for the conference, fill out the form below and click the Submit button. This will enter you into the conference's registration database: if you pay by credit card and the transaction is completed successfully online, your registration will be confirmed in the database; if you choose to pay by check or LPO, or if your online credit card transaction is not successful, you will be registered but unconfirmed until payment is processed. In either case, you will be provided with a printable form that records your registration information. Keep this for your records, and, if you are unconfirmed, please print out that record of your registration information (NOT the fill-out form below) and send it, along with your check, purchase order, or credit card information (Mastercard or Visa), to:

Fields labeled in bold type below (name, institution, e-mail) must be filled in. If you select "credit card" as your payment type, you will later be given space to fill in the necessary information.

Conference Fees

Non-members who are not graduate students: Register by April 5th, and you will pay a registration fee of $175. Register after April 5th, and you will pay a registration fee of $200. For $175/$200, you receive conference proceedings, the conference backpack, a nametag, access to all conference sessions and receptions, and the opportunity to register for housing, excursions, and the banquet. If you wish to register as a companion to a conference attendee, you can do so so for $25 up until April 5th, and for $50 thereafter: for this fee, you will have receive a nametag, access to the opening reception, and the opportunity to register for housing, excursions, and the banquet.

Members and graduate students: Conference registration is $175 and companion registration is $25 any time up to the conference itself. NB: If you intend to occupy on-grounds housing, you must register no later than May 8th in order to have a room reserved for you (rooms are limited in number and may run out before that date).

Housing Arrangements

On-grounds housing (Brown College) is available for the evenings of June 8 through June 12: on-grounds housing is not available the evening of the 13th. If you need a room before or after those dates, please choose off-grounds housing, or (if you prefer) make separate arrangments for the earlier or later dates. You must register by Friday, May 7 if you want on-grounds housing

If you are staying on-grounds at the University of Virginia, in the Brown College accomodations, you can check that option on the form below. You must register no later than May 8th in order to have a room reserved for you (rooms are limited in number and may run out before that date). If you are staying off-grounds, hotel arrangements must be made separately, per the instructions on the housing page, but please mention the ACH/ALLC conference when you make your reservations, in order to get the conference rate.
