Indicates whether the note is specifically anchored to the text ("y") or not ("n").

TARGET

Specifies the destination of the note as an SGML identifier. In the <pagenote> element, target attributes consist of the letters "PN" followed by a numberic suffix. They are numbered in relation to the occurence of page notes within the entire document, not just the work.
